Why are there 3 registrations?

Why Bardon Latrobe uses Majestri

Majestri is our club’s chosen system, and we use it to manage payments, communications, and registrations in a way that supports our club and community. It powers this website and helps streamline all our football programs—from winter season to holiday camps and skills sessions. The decision to use Majestri is reviewed annually.

Parents register themselves first, then add their child or children. Once you're set up, future registrations are fast and easy. While this process adds an extra step for each season, we have found Majestri simple to use—and helps us deliver a smoother experience for everyone.

Why you still need Squadi and PlayFootball

Football Queensland and Football Australia operate independently and have similarly chosen systems that best suit their respective needs and priorities. Unfortunately, these platforms do not currently integrate with our club's registration system Majestri, meaning families must register, separately, in all 3 systems.

We have heard you - Member Feedback & Advocacy

The club has also passed on member feedback to Football Queensland about the complexity of having two non‑connecting registration systems (Squadi and PlayFootball). We raised this with Football Queensland last season, highlighting that families would appreciate a more streamlined process. Other clubs across Queensland have also voiced similar concerns, reinforcing that this is a shared challenge for many families.

While we haven’t yet received a response, we continue to follow the required procedures that all clubs must adhere to. Our focus remains on making the experience as smooth as possible for our families, and our club team is here to help if you run into any issues.
