2026 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Bardon Latrobe Football Club will be held on 11 November , commencing at 6:00pm.

The meeting will be held at the clubhouse, located at 41 David Avenue, Bardon QLD 4065.

All club members are welcome to attend.

Agenda

  1. Confirmation of the minutes from the Annual General Meeting
  2. Receive and present the financial statement and audit report from the last reportable financial year
  3. Appoint an auditor/accountant for the present financial year
  4. Receive the Management Committee's report of the club's operation through the year
  5. Elect members of the Management Committee
  6. Determine the annual membership fee for the next financial year
